…And that’s a wrap on Crab Court. This is the “canon” ending, as determined by a reader poll on Twitter and Patreon. There is an alternate ending where Davy Seamore actually is a witch available to patrons only. Both versions will be available in print once I get that going.
Also, as I mentioned on social media but may have forgotten to here, before the next story (called Double Dealing for those wondering) there will be a short hiatus lasting until July 10th. I have been trying to avoid going on hiatus, but the last semester completely drained me of all my back up pages for this as well as mentally and the next semester is looking to do the same since it’s both the last one before I graduate and the highest amount of credits I’ve taken yet. I just need to spend some time focusing on getting a bit of a backlog built up and the only way I could get the amount of pages I need to get done in order to not get destroyed by the coming semester was to take some time away from actually posting main content. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you want to keep up with me, I will be posting digital landscape paintings I did as part of a daily challenge a couple months back over on my twitter starting tomorrow. Stay spooky everyone.
HOWDY EVERYONE, I WANTED TO MAKE A POST SHOWING WHY EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SO SLOW LATELY. BELOW IS THE FIRST CHAPTER OF MY CURRENT BOOK AND SENIOR PROJECT, IN A WORLD LIT ONLY BY FIRE. I’LL BE FINISHING UP THE DRAWING FOR IT SOME TIME IN EARLY FEBRUARY, BUT IT’S BEEN THE CENTER OF MY FOCUS FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS. STRANGE SOUND WILL RESUME NEXT WEEK. UNTIL THEN, HAPPY HALLOWEEN:
Alright, so we’re back. There was no page on Friday for a number of reasons, most of them political, and which I won’t get into here. I made a post about it that included a short comic about Superman 4: Quest for Peace, which you can read here. Stay safe everyone.
Well, that’s it for Feeling Very Still. This one is probably too short to get a commercially available print edition outside of a collection, so look forward to that in a couple hundred years.
Next up is Ethical Consumption. It’s going to need some content warnings due to some of the subject matter, but I feel it’s some of my best work yet.
Anyway, hope you all liked this one. It was nice to explore and expand on something I did as a throwaway.
